Growing up in a house with six women was more than a learning experience for Robert Player, it ultimately proved to be a gift and a curse. Robert, was the youngest and only male-child in the family. Not having an older male figure around, Robert, had to rely on the women within his family to teach him morals, values, and ironically how to become a man!\n\nAs a result of life experiences, Robert, eventually veers onto the wrong path. Totally disregarding his upbringing and the vow in which he made, to his beloved grandmother, Momma Dot. Robert, decides to utilize his wisdom regarding everything from sex to religion in his endeavors to capitalize from countless women! Not only does Robert Player become Rich \u0026 Famous and known as “The Player”, unfortunately, he ultimately learns that for every negative action and decision there are also consequences.\n\nThroughout his many relationships with various women there was one constant- Shantell- a woman who held his heart and his body in sort of an invisible choke hold. They were “On again off again” since high-school and she knew how to shake Robert to the core. This would end up being the catalyst to a series of events that would change his life forever.\n\nIronically she would also lead him to a unexpected meeting with his absentee father Donti, who he had only heard stories of, and vowed to never be the kind of man his father was. At the end of the day- they are more alike then he could ever imagine…. They both got played by the game called life.
