Definitely the best Canadian movie so far. It’s a very realistic and disturbing psychological thriller – words cannot begin to describe how that movie will affect you. It is not the violence that disturbs you, but rather the very, very tense atmosphere charged with various emotions that creeps up to your skin and render you speechless.

But the not-so-good doctor has told his wife and the police and the world he will not relent for seven days.
