Despite a rather slow pace workout, Jennifer did not make miss: a selection of exercises rather unusual. I especially like the warm-up, during which time the leg muscles are strengthened and made beautiful plastic body movement and hands. Despite the fact that the first repeat beautifully unlikely to succeed, the level of difficulty of exercises is quite accessible to beginners.
