Gleaming cast metal called orichalcum, which was said by Ancient Greeks to be found in Atlantis, has been recovered from a ship that sunk 2,600 years ago off the coast of Sicily. The lumps of metal were arriving to Gela in southern Sicily, possibly coming from Greece or Asia Minor. The ship that was carrying them was likely caught in a storm and sunk just when it was about to enter the port. We examine the dire state of perhaps the most interesting and diverse part of our planet. “The wreck dates to the first half of the sixth century,” Sebastiano Tusa, Sicily’s superintendent of the Sea Office, told Discovery News. “It was found about 1,000 feet from Gela’s coast at a depth of 10 feet.”

TNT has greenlighted Public Morals, written by, to be directed and starring Burns. Amblin TV and TNT Original Prods. are producing, with Steven Spielberg and Burns executive producing alongside Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey and Aaron Lubin. The project is set in New York City, 1967 in the Public Morals Division where cops walk the line between morality and criminality as the temptations that comes from dealing with all kinds of vice can get the better of them. It centers on cop Terry Muldoon (Burns) who knows the line between the good guys and bad guys is thin, and he is determined to raise his sons to be honest and hardworking as he deals with the dark underbelly of the vice world.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival is a two-day festival held each September since 2011 by iHeartRadio at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada, Nevada (in 2013 the Village Stage was added). The 2011 edition was broadcast by VH1, while the 2012, 2013, and 2014 editions were broadcast by The CW.The shows get subsequent replays on Palladia. All the editions were hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
