The MTV Movie & TV Awards returned to television Monday, with host Zachary Levi and a number of pop culture favorites. Dominating this year’s nominations with four apiece were front runners “Avengers: Endgame” and “Game of Thrones”. The Oscar-nominated documentary “RBG” also scored four nods.
A highly entertaining and thrilling one-hour competition series celebrating magic and featuring the legendary magician duo Penn and Teller. On each episode, aspiring magicians from all around the world are invited to perform their best trick to try and fool the two. To avoid spoiling the tricks, when Penn and Teller are able to guess how the contestants’ magic works, they usually explain it in code, and when the contestants do manage to full them, they are rewarded with a guest spot on their famous magic show in Las Vegas. At the end of each episode, P&T also perform one of their own impressive tricks.
