In the future, the world is run by a one world government called Contractualism. People must follow their contracts or die. Half the world was on a drug that let them live their wildest dreams. The drug is gone and everyone that was on it is now under house arrest. Without Ward explores one dysfunctional family that lived their wildest dreams for 20 years as they deal with being trapped in their home, lorded over by the Union of United Esquires: Attorneys with guns that act as the world’s police. One family member, Garp, spends his nights trying to see his neighbor Scout naked in her window, until he stands naked in his window. By standing naked in his window, Garp saves the entire world.
