Hi Max, Could you try re-uploading this Vol 2 pdf. This one has errors and will not open. I’ve downloaded and tried extracting it twice with WinRAR.
Vol 1 and 3 are fine.

Hello Cjdhamma, im assuming you are using adobe acrobat which does not read a lot of PDF files these days and i dont know why, i personally use sumatra – https://www.allyoulike.com/215349/sumtra-pdf-reader-my-favorite-pdf-epub-mobi-chm-xps-djvu-cbz-cbr-reader-for-windows/ , thank you very much
