It appeared to download everything correctly and I have an Icon on the desktop however, whenever I push it nothing happens. I have found this to be case when the user/password etc information is incorrect.

I used IObit Uninstaller to uninstall what had been added using the above link and then reinstalled it using the same rar file. It appears to be working now. It might however, be advantageous if it was mentioned somewhere in the readme file that you need to enable each of the extensions for them to work.
