Leave it to Thailand to tackle a subject that most filmmakers wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot zoom lens. Judging from the trailer you may or may not even want to watch, “The Unborn Child” (aka “2002 Unborn Children”) looks pretty hardcore. This is one will scare and jolt you to the core.

Inspired by the true story of a woman who claimed that the ghost of her aborted child was haunting her. The figure “2002″ in the title refers to the number of illegally aborted foetuses recently discovered in a Bangkok temple. The film is about a woman who is haunted by the spirit of the child she aborted.
