In `Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins for Stand Up to Cancer’, twelve well-known public figures from the worlds of entertainment, sports and politics embark on the one of the toughest tests of their lives as they try to pass a unique version of the infamous SAS Selection test over a gruelling seven-day period, led by tough chief instructor Ant Middleton and his team of staff – Foxy, Billy, Ollie and Jay – who don’t care how famous the recruits are, how many followers they have, or what they have done until now. As soon as they enter the selection process their celebrity status vanishes. Will the celebs have what it takes to make it through this unique version of SAS selection?

The celebs tackle an aerial assault course and attempt to rescue a hostage

The celebs do hand-to-hand combat, then put their wits to the test in a hostage situation

Season 3, Episode 03
The celebs do pair work as they descend 100 feet down a rock face, go on a tough march, then carry a 40kg fuel drum over rough terrain. By the end of all this, some will be heading home.

Season 3, Episode 04
The celebs do hand-to-hand combat with the staff and run down a 50-metre pillar head first

Season 3, Episode 05
The recruits are sent on the run for an escape and evasion man hunt

Season 3, Episode 06
The last recruits are on the run from a hunter force as the course reaches its climax
