Scissor Seven’ follows the adventures of Wu Liuqi, an amnesiac not-so-deadly assassin who is also a master for disguise. He takes jobs for a nominal fee but he’s nowhere near the best there is at what he does and that’s where most of the series’ humor comes from. Here’s the official plot synopsis, according to Netflix: “Seeking to recover his memory, a scissor-wielding, hairdressing, bungling quasi-assassin stumbles into a struggle for power among feuding factions.
