Has anyone else been experiencing problems with your PDF uploads? Virtually every magazine that I have tried comes up with the same message:
“There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and cannot be repaired.”
This is from using Acrobat Reader DC. It is interesting to note that when you re-post an older file instead of a newly minted one, it opens fine without errors. This suggests that whatever app you are using to create your new uploads has a glitch or flaw in it and is scrambling the files. To confirm, please download one of your own files (e.g., a current magazine), then try extracting it and reading it.
This problem started after I downloaded a copy of Time on April 7th (that file was fine but any subsequent magazine file was damaged).

NutriJoy – Yes, I’m having the same problem but I use “FoxIt” PDF Reader so it’s not your PDF program. It’s due to bad encoding or bad RARing of the files. I’ve seen this happen recently on a number of PDFs.

Hello Nutrijoy, it seems like adobe acrobat wont open these new PDF files, we are still investigating the reason why, however you can use sumatra pdf reader which is freeware or you can also download foxit – the original source of these new PDF files are the same as before but he or she might be using another PDF program to do them, thank you very much
