Meet the Instructor:
After struggling with her weight as a child, Jillian Michaels decided that she wanted to help others by becoming a personal trainer and life coach.
Michaels first graced TV screens as a trainer on NBC’s weight loss reality competition show The Biggest Loser in 2005. In 2010, she received her own spinoff, Losing It With Jillian, where she helped families lose weight in one week. She returned to The Biggest Loser in 2012.
