1) Start with the video 00-Burn Band Basics. You’ll learn how to use the bands and other weight techniques they’ll be using in the program.
2) The schedule your workouts using the CLX_Calendar. You’ll run through each phase for 4 weeks, working out 6 days a week with one rest day – Weight training / Cardio-Intervals–Abs on alternate days…
3) Keep track of your workout progress using CLX_Weight-Rep Tracker.pdf or ChaleanXtreme Worksheets.pdf. Remember to choose heavy enough weights so you fail at 10-12 reps! Really important for the ChaLEAN program!
4) In the Lean and Push phases, remember you can substitute your cardio-Abs workout videos for the deluxe higher intensity videos according to the worksheets.
5) Motivate yourself with the included Audio program.
