hi max. Just installed the Cyberlink.PowerDirector.Ult.17.0.2314.1 and I got an error while trying to follow the steps on activating the H265 feature. It says: production unsuccessful. Please ensure your graphics card driver is up to date and update to the latest version of windows media player.
I already checked both and they are all up to date. hope you can help me solve my issue. Thans
