The highly exclusive diamond industry is shaken when an illustrious New York gemstone dealer discovers synthetic product has infiltrated the market. In order to hunt down the source and eliminate the detrimental threat to the entire trade, Special Investigator Carter Jefferson is called upon. Following a twisting international trail to track down the furtive supplier, an innocent young couple become accidentally entangled in the crime.
