Welcome to YEG Fitness. We are your one stop online fitness and lifestyle magazine representing Edmonton and area. The idea behind our project began from a need to show off all the great things our beautiful city has to offer. From great fitness centers and exercise studios, to health and wellness practitioners, Edmonton has it all. Our main goal is to provide people living in the greater Edmonton region with monthly information to make them more active and achieve better health and lifestyle goals. We don’t limit our projects and stories to fitness fanatics and hard core athletes. We will be writing articles on and featuring companies that provide a variety of fitness and health related services.
